    Our service center in Kolkata is located at 195 S.P.Mukherjee Road, Beside Kalighat Clean City, Kolkata – 700026, conveniently near the Rasbehari avenue crossing so customers from south Kolkata can easily reach us.

    Our service center is open 6 days a week from 10am to 7pm Monday-Saturday as per standard working hours so customers can walk-in or call to book appointments.

    Yes we provide annual maintenance contracts that cover up to 2 services per year + additional visits for issues at reasonable charges to help protect your investment.

    No, we are not an officially authorized service centre. We only deal with TVs which are out of warranty.

    Certainly, we offer home installation service for all Iffalcon TVs at a nominal charge, our expert will set up your new television safely with table/wall mounts as needed.
